A tailshaft is an essential part of any rear wheel drive vehicle. The tailshaft is responsible for transmitting power from the gearbox at the front of the vehicle to the differential at the back. Without a tailshaft, your wheels won’t move.
Telltale signs that your tailshaft isn’t working properly include vibrations from underneath the vehicle, abnormal noises, turning problems and shuddering while accelerating.

Digital Balancing
Every tailshaft that we manufacture and repair at GJ Drivelines is balanced to ISO G16 standards. A Schenk digital balancing machine is used and weights are added as required.
